Can it be? Public Folder Replication Working?

Perhaps, just perhaps, I might have gotten resolved.

The appropriate routing queue is finally going down, but I have to ensure that it's not a matter of messages simply expiring from the queue.  If it turns out to have worked, it will be in large part because of this link:
